| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All postage is calculated from combined weight of items. We do not wish to profit from postage, our packing is free. You will have various options for postage on the checkout screen. Std 1st and 2nd class plus the signed for option. Please note if you choose non signed for then any disputes for non delivery will between the customer and royal mail. All orders to UK mainland with a combined weight under 1.25kg will be delivered using ‘Royal Mail ’ and will be a MAXIMUM of £5.82 inc. VAT (unless total cost of items inc.VAT exceeds £40, in this case carriage is free). Orders to UK mainland between 2-5kg will be a maximum of £9.05 inc. VAT (unless total cost of items inc.VAT exceeds £40, in this case carriage is free). Orders to UK mainland that exceed 5kg will be sent via registered courier and are a flat rate of £13.63 inc. VAT (unless total cost of items inc.VAT exceeds £40, in this case carriage is free). |
